In addition to the taxi service, there is a bus (Bizkaibus company, painted
green) that stops in Bilbao at Plaza Moyua (12-14 minutes on foot) and at the
bus station (Termibus), from where you can take the metro or tram.

Our reception is open every day from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, but it is possible to arrive at any time thanks to our self-check-in system: a few days before the arrival of guests we send an access code to our reception, where we deliver electronic cards for the room.
